Royalty Exotic Cars started with one car and one owner. Houston Crosta was in his early twenties, building an exotic rental fleet in Las Vegas. McLarens, Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Rolls-Royces, and every high-end supercar in between, rented to a growing list of clients. Every car in his fleet had to run perfectly, every day. Rental customers don't tolerate downtime. Neither did Houston.
To keep the fleet on the road, he built his own in-house team. Mechanics, technicians, and detailers who lived and breathed exotic platforms. What started as a maintenance operation for a rental fleet became something else: a shop that other exotic owners started calling. Then trusting. Then bringing their own cars to.
Today Royalty Exotic Cars is a full-blown restoration and conversion house in Las Vegas. Same founder. Same in-house team philosophy. Same discipline that came from having no room for error on a rental fleet. If it's exotic, analog, and worth preserving, we probably work on it.

Murciélago Manual Conversion
The flagship program. Full manual conversion for the 2003 to 2010 Murciélago, delivered in less than 30 days with a one-year warranty. Multiple completed builds documented.

Lamborghini's V10 platform, converted to a gated 6-speed. Same engineering discipline as the Murciélago program, applied to the Gallardo. Full e-gear removal, ECU calibration, and factory-standard finish.

Interior Restoration
OEM restoration or full custom build. Leather refresh, Alcantara replacement, custom stitching, dash re-wrap, material upgrades. Every project quoted after inspection.
Royalty Exhaust
A collaboration between Royalty and Ryft. Hand-built construction with electronic valve control, engineered specifically for the Murciélago platform. Wireless remote included.
Paint Refinishing
Full body respray, panel-off refinishing, or targeted panel work. Factory-match paint codes or custom finishes. Materials sourced to OEM specification.
Carbon Fiber Replacement Parts
OEM-spec and custom carbon fiber body panels, aero components, and interior trim pieces. Sourced from vetted manufacturers or fabricated in-house for exotic platforms.
Custom Audio
Custom stereo installs designed for exotic cabins. OEM-look integration with modern audio hardware. Subwoofers, amplifiers, and speaker upgrades.
Paint Protection Film
Self-healing clear film, applied by hand. Full front-end, full body, or track-pack coverage. Premium film brands only.
