Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shoproyalty.com (the "Site") and any products, services, quotes, or communications provided by Royalty Exotic Cars, a DBA of Vegas Auto Collection LLC ("Royalty", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Scraping, harvesting, or otherwise extracting data at scale
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Using the Site to send unsolicited promotional messages
• Interfering with the operation of the Site or the servers hosting it
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code

Accounts

The Site does not currently require an account for most functions. If we introduce accounts in the future (for order tracking, custom builds, or subscriptions), you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account.

Services & Quotes

Royalty provides custom automotive services, including manual transmission conversions, interior restoration, wheel refinishing, headlight restoration, exhaust systems, and related work. Descriptions of services on the Site are for informational purposes.

Quotes are estimates only. A written quote or scope of work becomes binding only when both parties sign it or when payment is applied against a written scope. Verbal estimates are not binding. Prices displayed on the Site (for example, the Royalty Exhaust price) reflect the current listed price and may change without notice until an order is placed and confirmed.

Every vehicle we work on is different. Actual scope, timeline, and price may change based on inspection findings, parts availability, and vehicle condition. We will communicate material changes to you in writing before proceeding.

Orders & Payments

Placing an order (whether for a part, a service, or a full conversion) means you agree to pay the amount stated in the associated written quote, purchase order, or invoice. Payment terms will be specified in that document. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All amounts are stated in U.S. dollars
• Payment is due before work begins on custom services
• Parts orders may require full payment before shipment
• Applicable Nevada sales tax and shipping charges are added at invoicing

Payments are processed by third party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our processor to charge the amount due. If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back, the associated order or service may be paused or cancelled at our discretion.

Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

Custom work often requires a non refundable deposit to reserve production capacity and order parts. Deposit terms will be specified in the written quote or scope. Once we have ordered parts, allocated shop time, or begun work, deposits are not refundable.

Cancellation and refund policies for individual services will be stated in the applicable quote. In the absence of a written policy, the following defaults apply:

• Before we place parts orders or begin work: deposit refundable less a 10 percent administrative fee
• After parts are ordered but before work begins: deposit less parts costs already incurred
• After work has begun: deposit and all costs incurred to date are non refundable

Completed custom work is not returnable. Special order parts are not returnable unless defective.

Warranty

Royalty provides limited warranties on labor and, where applicable, on parts we supply. Specific warranty terms (duration, coverage, exclusions) are stated in the written scope for each service or product. Common examples:

• Royalty Exhaust: 1 year fitment and workmanship warranty from date of installation
• Manual Conversion: Warranty terms specified in your build agreement
• Interior Restoration: Warranty terms specified in your project scope

Warranties do not cover: normal wear, cosmetic changes over time, damage from accident, misuse, or track use unless expressly agreed in writing, damage from unauthorized modifications, or damage from failure to follow maintenance recommendations.

Manufacturer warranties on third party components (for example, third party ECU modules, sensors, or wheels) are handled by the manufacturer under their own terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, and code, is owned by Royalty Exotic Cars or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the Site for personal, non commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Site without written permission
• Use Royalty photos, videos, or copy in your own marketing without written permission
• Use the Royalty name, logo, or trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

User Submitted Content

When you submit content to us (messages, photos of your vehicle, files, ideas, or feedback), you grant Royalty a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, delivering services, and, where appropriate and with your permission, showcasing completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

You represent that any content you submit is your own or that you have the rights to submit it. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Third Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third party websites (partners, manufacturers, informational resources) or embed third party content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third party site. Your use of any third party site or service is subject to that site's own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royalty disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement, except for warranties expressly stated in a written service agreement or product warranty.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

Vehicle modifications, including but not limited to manual transmission conversions and aftermarket exhaust systems, may affect vehicle warranty coverage, emissions compliance, insurance, and resale value. You are responsible for confirming compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including emissions and vehicle inspection requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Royalty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Site or our services, including loss of profits, loss of use, loss of data, or damage to property beyond the vehicle on which we performed work
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific service or product will not exceed the amount you paid to Royalty for that service or product in the twelve months preceding the claim
• These limitations apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, statute, or any other legal theory

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Royalty Exotic Cars, Vegas Auto Collection LLC, and their respective owners, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third party right, or any content you submit to us.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us in writing and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days.
• Venue. Any unresolved claim shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
• Class action waiver. You agree that any claim will be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action.
• No jury trial. To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
