Royalty Exotic Cars, a DBA of Vegas Auto Collection LLC ("Royalty", "we", "our", or "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit shoproyalty.com, contact us, or engage our services. We do not sell your personal information. We collect only what we need to answer inquiries, deliver services, and improve the site.

Plain English If you fill out a contact form, we get your name, email, phone, and what you told us. We use it to reply. We do not sell it. We use standard analytics to understand which pages get visited. That is it.

When you submit a contact form, request a quote, inquire about a vehicle, or otherwise contact us, we collect:

  • Vehicle of interest, message content, and any details you include
  • Any files or images you send us

When you visit the site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account credentials, driver license images, or health information through this website.   • Cloudflare. Hosts the site and provides content delivery, security, and basic analytics. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Google Fonts. Delivers the Inter typeface. Google may log the IP address that requests the font file. See policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Email and calendar providers. Store the messages you send us and any appointments we schedule.
  • Payment processors. If and when you make a payment, that payment is processed by a PCI compliant provider under their own terms. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or valid government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Royalty, our clients, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.

Cookies & Analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential. Required for the site to work (security, form submission, page delivery).
  • Analytics. Aggregate, non identifying visitor stats. If Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, they use cookies or local identifiers to count visits and understand which pages perform.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Doing so may affect how the site works. On iOS and Safari, "Prevent Cross Site Tracking" is on by default and applies here as well.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to inquiry data is limited to the Royalty team members who need it. Our service providers maintain their own security controls and certifications. No online system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry and communication data for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for records, warranty, and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required by law to retain it (for example, tax records tied to a completed transaction).

  • Contract. To respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, and deliver requested services.
  • Legitimate interests. To run and improve the site, secure it, and communicate with prospective customers.

Children
